Family Support Work

The Family Support Work team involves with vulnerable families, many of whom who are referred to us by Social Services. We offer support based on the individual needs of each family. This can be practical including helping with childcare, filling in forms, cleaning and sorting, painting and other DIY jobs. Alongside this we seek to support families emotionally through being available to listen and spend time with them, give advice, and develop friendship. If needed, referrals can be made to our Family Counselling Centre, which operates as part of our counselling service.
