All fees are payable direct to the individual Counsellor. The service you receive is not affected by the amount you pay. We strongly recommend regular attendance as it is important to develop consistency in the counselling relationship. If however you need to cancel an appointment, we ask you to give 24 hours notice. For late cancellation we reserve the right to charge the agreed counselling fee.
