APPLICATION PROCESS (CCS PART-TIME)
NEWS & LINKS

Applications must be submitted no later than 4 weeks prior to the beginning of the course.

STEP 1: APPLICATION FORM (ONLINE)

We urge you to communicate and consult with your pastor / leader before applying.

STEP 2: REFERENCE FORMS (ONLINE)

Reference Form ONLINE (Email the online reference form link to the individuals who will complete your references)

Submit two reference forms to the Community Counselling School:

  • One reference form completed by your pastor / spiritual leader
  • One reference form completed by a mature Christian friend

No person submitting a reference letter on your behalf should be related to you. Email the online reference form link to the individuals and ask them to complete a reference form. They can submit the reference form online.

STEP 3: APPLICATION FEE

You will be required to pay the application fee when applying for the course.The application fee can be paid by electronic bank transfer to the following bank account.

Once your transfer has been made please notify us by email with the following details: Name of sender, amount of transfer, name of sending bank, date of transfer.
This will ensure that your fee will be allocated to our school account.

Alternatively the application fee can be paid by cheque payable to YWAM Ltd Earls Court

IMPORTANT:

If you are offered a place on the CCS, or you withdraw your application, the application fee becomes non-refundable. If, for whatever reasons, we are unable to accept you on the course, the application fee will be refunded. (minus occuring handling / bank charges).

 

STEP 4: INTERVIEW

Once we have received all the necessary forms and the application fee, we will prayerfully consider your application and arrange an interview with you (either in person or by phone). We cannot finalise your application until all the items have been received.

STEP 5: DEPOSIT FEE

On acceptance, you are asked to pay the deposit fee which will reserve your place on the course. The deposit fee can be paid by electronic bank transfer to the following bank account.

IMPORTANT:

The deposit fee is non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances or low numbers, in which case application and deposit fee are refunded.
