OVERVIEW TRAINING COURSES
NEWS & LINKS
Throughout the world, there are many people who feel overwhelmed by their struggles in life: Marriages and families falling apart, people trapped in cycles of comfort-seeking and rejection; alcohol, drugs, prostitution etc.

The Community Counselling School (CCS)* and the Foundations for Counselling Ministry School (FCM)* are designed for Christians who want to work with broken and hurting people in the world's inner cities. All training options we offer, aim to provide an understanding of God's heart for people in urban situations. Students / trainees are introduced to a variety of Christian and secular counselling models and to the specific problems faced by people, particularly in urban situations. Throughout the course, students / trainees will acquire the skills needed to reach the urban needy in a sensitive and practical way, enabling them to respond appropriately to the needs within the community.

* The Community Counselling School (CCS) and the YWAM Foundations for Counselling Ministry School (FCM) are recognised by the Association of Christian Counsellors UK (ACC) and count towards the training element for counsellor accreditation.
